Fred on team chemistry

I think this says there is no way Ro McClain comes back. Not so sure about Gregory. I still think we may just see him.

Athletes can believe in clichés just like anyone else.

For instance they believe in "momentum."

Something that has never been able to be quantified and isn't even universally agreed upon. For instance in about a month the age old argument about resting guys or playing them in meaningless games before the playoffs will begin. We've seen teams win doing both. It's nonsense.

Also unrelated to the above Fred did the energy was different. Not better. Not worse. That's understandable. The cast of characters changes up every year until alone every two years.

Felt the same way in 06/07 when a young Tony was up and coming. It can derail quickly but I tend to take the optimistic view most of the time. Things change quickly in this league with injuries and the unexpected. I just hope we strike while the iron is hot.

I figured this comment would upset some. Common theme among some folks that there is no way this team is as good as 2014 without Romo, even though that team didn't even make 2014 NFC Championship game. Fred basically blew that arguement out of the water.

Crazy that the players and most fans are having the time of their lives and players are actually buying in... However, some of our "fans" just refuse to see it.

No the common theme among some folks here is that there is no way this team in 2016 is as good with Dak as it would be with Romo.

And Fred spoke of the energy around the team. Romo is very much a part of that. From his presence on the sideline to hosting the team at his home and to dinner outings etc.

But by all means believe what you'd like. Everyone is entitled to an opinion...everyone isn't entitled to be right.
 
there is no question it is better this year. Right in the middle of 14 Randle got arrested and then witten and murray got into it with him at practice. There is none of that stuff now.

I find it pretty comical all these people talking about chemistry when I remember them all telling me chemistry is winning when I repeatedly argued against signing hardy. Keep hardy's out of your locker room and it will always have a good vibe.

I could see it early on, I think Dak is the reason, but the secondary guys stepped up, and have been very good.
We lost 2 of them Mo and Church, so now we have to see what effect that will have.
I think with each win the chemistry and motivation has gone up.
They are the top seed in NFC right now. 2 game lead in Div.

And you could see the players at end of eagle game go nuts with each other and know they are a tight team now.
