The guy was benched during the season...and has more skid marks on him from being burned than a NASCAR race track.

Let him go to AZ or somewhere.

Smoot is a small corner who will sacrifice his body if need be. Not a great tackler but will get the job done. Better suited in man to man than zone coverages although will occasionally give up the big gain. Will usually catch the easy interceptions, but can also make the highlight Int as well. Seems to always get hurt thought due to him only weighing 175 lbs. Big trash talker if you like that sort of thing. All this being said I wouldnt mind him being back with the skins. He had a great year on Greg William's first year here and he still has a lot of friends here.

he's toast at this point of his career

I think Cedric Griffin is a GOOD CB, but to get beat out by a rookie when they had invested a lot of money in him must say somethin about him. I'll take my chances on a rookie before I trade somethin for him.

Why trade for a Corner when there are several good ones coming out in this years draft.

1. Leon Hall Michigan 5-11 194 4.45
2. Marcus McCauley Fresno St. 6-1 205 4.35
3. Darrelle Revis Pittsburgh 6-0 200 4.45
4. Aaron Ross Texas 6-1 192 4.55
5. Chris Houston Arkansas 5-11 188 4.40
6. Daymeion Hughes California 6-2 188 4.55
