Frederick is a nasty dude?

He is a very intelligent person, which I like in a center.

But also on the field he is smart and nasty.

I think that Frederick is going to be good. He just needs to keep his weight down (listed at 338 in college). Keeping his weight down should resolve any quickness issues that were seen in game footage.

His quickness issues at the Combine weren't due to his weight...he had lost 20-25 lbs for the Combine trying to improve those numbers.

I think it's overblown, the only number that was really bad was his 40...the rest of the numbers aren't terrible.
