I told everyone a week ago that nothing would be done. That Jerry and sons had already boarded the yacht. Risen, Rambo both said I was wrong. Enjoy Monday. Well Jerry did come off the yacht for a day but to recover from his hangover from too much Johnny walker blue. Very hard to recover from a hangover on a rocking boat. Jerry and son did absolutely nothing. As predicted. I don’t need apologies l because it makes me sad to think we will be .500 again in 2026. Just know that just like a zebra an 80 year old drunk and spoiled brat of a son can never change their stripes.

You know I know we don’t have the money under the cap to do much. Daks hit in 2027 is 76 million. All I ask is don’t lie. Come out and say, we don’t have the cap because we messed up on too many contracts and it will be a few years for it to sort out. This bull Jerry spews every year it getting old. It’s always followed by Stephen who will come to the mic in defense and say. We are adding to the roster 365 days a years

Safety is still a need. Locked is a 1 year rental and Hooker will be gone next year.

Definitely do not need a safety this draft as a priority. We have Hooker, Thompson, Locke, and still have depth pieces of Bell and Thomas. They may draft another late, but not a priority.

Safety and DL are set. We are much better then last season. We need Edge, CB and LB. Gary was a start, he is better than Fowler. Bring back Clowney and Edge doesnt become a priority in 1st round. LB and CB are your 2 first picks in the draft.

Add all these changes to progress from Revel, Overshown, James, Carson. This D can be something special.

If Osa gets traded its a Gary-Williams-Clark front 3.

If Osa stays, its a Osa-Williams-Clark front 3, with Gary possibly lining up on OLB where he has played in previous 3-4 defenses.

He is a bum and will do nothing. Everyone thinks he will get extended and restructured. It won’t happen because they can’t do multi year contracts due to the fact they are already 70 million over the cap for 2027

$70M OVER for '27? Where did you get that figure from? They're currently $28M over BEFORE any carryover AND the Cap probably going up the same amount or MORE next year. They can do a LOT of things - they keep choosing NOT to.

Gary has averaged 7.5 sacks in his career with high-marks of 9 and 9.5 twice in a 5 yr span. I would not say this pickup is horrible!!!! Bring back Clowney who led our team with 8.5 last season and the DL doesnt look to shabby if Eze grows into a player.

Skip has always been a pessimist. Never got over being jettisoned by the Cowboys organization years back. His point of view on the Cowboys is skewed.

Daks cap hit in 2027 is 76 million just by itself. How long do you want to keep pushing it down the road. I seen today where we still have 9 million of dead money on the books from Zach Martin
