The tender offers will be $1.1 million for the right of first refusal.

$1.7 million for a second-round tender.

$2.4 million for a first-round tender.

$3.1 million for the first- and third-round tender.

I think there is outstanding value in the 2nd round and I would make 2nd round tenders to Spears and Sensabaugh in that round too, but I doubt the team will.

I think the Cowboys will give Spears and Sensabaugh 2nd round tenders for two reasons. The RFA pool is so deep that I doubt any team will offer contracts and even if they did, the 2nd round holds tremendous value like you suggest, so it might be worth the player departure.
