In this era of teams going from worst to first and parity throughout, you have to utilize not just the draft but FA as well.....and i mean legitimate FA, not bottom of the barrel scraps. Doesn't have to be big break the bank FA either. But it takes knowledge and skill from the FO to find these players who will fit into whatever scheme you have. Bozo and Booboo do not have that. They think that free agents are actually free. Well you get what you pay for, or not pay for.
