Still trying to get over the fact we lost to a completely inferior team like that. It won't help when G.Bay rolls them by 20 either. On to my questions guys:

1) It's been my strong belief for quite a while that this team desperately needs a couple Rodney Harrison/Junior Seau leader types so this crapping the bed syndrome in December doesn't keep occuring. Who's out there next year that might fill the leadership void as well as fill a need position? CB,Safety, LB, DE, WR?

2) Who is Jerry looking at to replace Ireland in the scouting dept.? It's early I know, but it would be very nice if we could cherry pick someone from New England or Pittsburgh's personnel dept.

newlander, that why i suggested trading greg ellis to like denver, since he had 12 1/2 sacks his value is better, he should bring like a 2nd or 3 rd rounder, then you go pick up randal gay db from new england, i think he is a free agent this year, then you also trade for jason taylor he wants out of miami i am sure, and he can help us with pass rush, that way we wouldnt have a guy griping like greg ellis, and get 2 good players, i dont think we would have enough money to sign asanuntai samuel,

then i have heard possibility if this is true, that the detroit lions are offering roy wiliams in a trade for a 2nd rounder, he could team up with T O and give us a one two punch at WR, then stanback would come on, also in the draft with our two first round picks i would take a running back and a cornerback in first round, if we have a 2nd or 3 rd i would take that to a quick small elusive wr that is super at returning punts and kickoffs, if u listened to nate newton nad the rocket, rocket ishmael he said, that what the cowboys needed was a good punt returner and kickoff guy to take this team to another level

example just look at hester at chicago, he helped them to the super bowl his first year, and sproles, whom was drafted in 3rd round is returning kickoffs and punts for touchdowns, that takes your team to another level adn lifts the team up, as far as stanback i think he would be a good kickoff guy, but remember wade phillips said he was too tall for punt returns, so we do need a good punt guy and yes, we dont need newman back there returning punts, thats how he hurt his foot in preseason, he was back returning punts and got hurt on one play,

Trust me, there are many of us still trying to figure out last week.

For your first question I answer this way: We have guys in the locker room now who need to step up. Roy, TNew, Ellis, TO, Romo, Witten.....we have enough "big name" players on our roster that one or two really need to put it on themselves. We don't need to shuffle the roster to try and find someone and bring him in here.

Irelands internal replacement will be Tom Ciskowski.
