The problem is LB.
- Spencer is solid but not a dynamic rusher.
- Bradie and Brook are non-entities creating inside pressure.
- Victor Butler is too small to get more than very obvious passing downs.
I think the more likely solution is a NT that allows Ratliff to move to DE in certain down/distance situations.
