Hurts is a bus driver. He’s thrown for under 3900 yards every season. Last season he was under 3000 yards passing with just 18 TD passes. He has a great team around him. He had the number one defense last season and a 2000 yard rusher. He doesn’t have to carry his team. By the way he has had some bad playoff games that helped cost his team. Hurts was making more than Dak until he was extended. Hurts will eventually be extended a gain with an even bigger deal.

And the refs are mean to Dak!

Prescott could play for free(which he claims would be enough) and he'd still be overpaid.
Him tying up a roster spot is bad enough; the fact that he is actually in the games is what hurts the Cowboys the most.
He's worth more to the Cowboys when he's away from the team.

Dak had over 300 yards with 3 TDs and no turnovers. He brought us back from a two score deficit to tie the game and are defense choked with the game on the line. You’re saying he came up small in that game? You hate him, we get it!

No point in mentioning the 2023 playoff game vs SF. That wasn’t relevant to the comment you made about him needing the All Pros on the OL and the stud RB. Our defense has cost us more playoff games than he has. That 2023 playoff game was his worst performance but our defense has been the biggest issue in the playoffs…fact! Funny how some of you always point the entire finger at him and never mention how awful our defense has been. lol

I have a feeling they are done trying to build this team around Dak. I say this coz Jerry only wanted to give McCarthy a 3 year extension, exactly around the time Dak's contract expires. It seems they are shifting their priorities to defense and conservative ball-control offense. Ride out Dak's contract over the next 2-3 years and move on.

It will be interesting to see who they replace Cook with ............top draft pick or Parris Campbell

Handing him that extension was a horrible mistake. He was never going to carry this team to anything
