Previous Experience Helps The Cowboys’ Amari Cooper Reunion

Cooper previously spent four seasons in Dallas from 2018 to 2021, posting two 1,000+ yard seasons and developing strong chemistry with quarterback Dak Prescott. His proven ability to separate against coverage and familiarity with the Cowboys system make him an ideal fit to step in and immediately contribute.

With rookie minicamps and offseason programs approaching, the Cowboys could move quickly. After bypassing wide receivers entirely during the draft, bringing back Amari Cooper would provide Dallas with a proven, reliable playmaker to complement CeeDee Lamb and help stabilize the offense heading into the 2025 season.

I think the state of how crap this WR group is. This is clearly the weakest part of the team. They have a 1 and bag of 5's. They need 2 additions

TB drafted WR in 1st Rd. Could Chris Godwin be available for trade?
HOU drafted WR in 2nd Rd. Could Christian Kirk be available for trade?
CAR drafted WR in 1st. Could Adam Thielen be available for trade?
Team we should be calling is the Chargers......Quentin Johnston has to be available after they took Tre Harris....Signed Mike Williams.....rumored to be going after Keenan Allen again.

Cooper disappears to often!
He had some good numbers when he was here and since Lamb is a top 3-4 WR we really only need Cooper to be a 2…getting single coverage. It’s not ideal of course but he’s younger than Keenan Allen and might be better than the rest of the FA wr and what we have as our number 2 options.
