You just need to set up a Google play account. Which may require a Google play card or credit card to setup.

Yeah, I ran over to it after I saw your thread here last night. I was all set to download my new ID cd, and when I hit the download button, it wanted my credit card number. I X'd out real fast. I saw what the catch was. They don't want my credit card number, lol, unless they just like looking at useless numbers. Short of laughing at it, there's not much else they could do with it.
