He certainly wasn't the first, according to Zeke it's just where he got the idea to do it from.

I didn't interpret it as taunting -- it could also be seen as a sign of acceptance or admiration for what Zeke does and has accomplished.

U could be right but I prefer to view it as a taunt regardless. Go straight Waterboy on them fools. Lol.

Anyone else notice Atlanta RB D Freeman taunting Zeke after he had a big run today and did the feed me motion? Once we take care of Green Bay today he better be careful poking at the bear! Insult to injury he didn't even do it right! But don't worry Zeke will show him how it's properly done

I don't see it as a taunt, I see it as a compliment when others imitate you. I have seen other athletes do this as well as of late including in the National Championship game with Clemson and Alabama.

Did a google search and evidently this became a thing back in 2011/2012 in college football. There are numerous mentions of it along with a fair amount of chatter on fan forum sites on how much they disliked it.

I remember christine Michael doing this when he played for us last year.... And most everyone got annoyed when he did it lol. Freeman probably has been doing that for years
