4th and 2, down by 9 points, somewhere in the middle of the 4th - on the skins side of the field. Garrett (or whoever calls plays these days) made an awful play call. That run play was going to get destroyed. Luckily, Free commits a penalty and it forces Garrett into a pass play on 4th and 7....the rest is history
