I figured we might as well do this today since tomorrow is Xmas Eve. Have a wonderful and peaceful holiday everyone.

1. What foods do you associate with this time of year?

2. Which of them are your favorites? Your least favorites?

3. What traditional (or nontraditional) holiday foods do you make or buy every year?

4. Are you more likely to overindulge or abstain from seasonal treats?

5. Plans for the weekend?

5. Plans for the weekend?

1. Cornish hens, sweet potato pies, waffles. Basically, the same foods as Thanksgiving!

2. Never a fan of cranberry sauce.

3. Usually a honey baked ham every year. Oh and Black Eyed Peas.

4. Overindulge absolutely.

5. Enjoy the family, enjoy the Cowboys, enjoy the break from school.

1. What foods do you associate with this time of year? Mexican food. Every year on Christmas Eve we go out for Mexican food. This year we are going to Macayo's.

2. Which of them are your favorites? Your least favorites? Chili Colorado and chili rellenos are my favorites. I do not have a least favorite Mexican food, but for the sake of answering I will say tostadoes. It's like a handicapped taco.

3. What traditional (or nontraditional) holiday foods do you make or buy every year? My wife makes pecan pie.

4. Are you more likely to overindulge or abstain from seasonal treats? Abstain. I am not a candy person. Salty stuff is my poison.

5. Plans for the weekend? Going to the game and taking lots of pictures. Tomorrow I am gettign my Mom out of the Nursing home. She will be home for Christmas.

1. What foods do you associate with this time of year?

Cookies and Egg Nog (Oh, nog, how I adore you!)

2. Which of them are your favorites? Your least favorites?

I've never been a big fruitcake or mincemeat pie fan.

3. What traditional (or nontraditional) holiday foods do you make or buy every year?

Black-eyed peas for New Years Day

4. Are you more likely to overindulge or abstain from seasonal treats?

If they are in the house, plan on overindulgence. The only way I have the strength to abstain is if things are not here at all.:

5. Plans for the weekend?

We're hosting Christmas and I have planned to make a few new sides for dinner. They sound delicious, so I'll be crossing my fingers that they turn out well! :)

Same to you. Enjoy and be safe.

1. Lamb.

2. Lamb. :). No least favorites.

3. Chocolate Pudding pie. (Homemade)

4. Overindulge.

5. Christmas Eve at Aunts house for Italian feast. Christmas Day at my sisters for ham and the million other sides and chocolate pudding pie. See some Cowboys, digest, relax and pretend I'm independently wealthy for the days I'm not working.
