1. What is your favorite bad-for-you snack and how frequently do you allow yourself to indulge? Nachos. More often during football season than the off season. I'd say it averages to once a month.

2. Have you ever had a broken bone? If so, what was it and how did it happen? Too many to name them all and explain how. Nose 4 times. All 4 fingers of my left hand. 3 ribs. Right knee cap.

3. Where is the next place you will be taking a trip? Orlando.

4. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional? I do not sleep much. 4 or 5 is normal. I can get by on as little as 2 as long as it is not several days in a row.

5. Plans for the weekend? Golf.

  1. It's not a snack, but Fettucini Alfred with grilled chicken, once ever few months. If I had to say a snack, Butterfinger candy bar is by far my favorite. Same, once every few months.
  2. No broken bones. Nose once, when I was very young
  3. My wife and I are going back to the Cayman Islands where we got married in April.
  4. I would say 7-8 to be at my best, I generally get about 5 1/2. (go to bed at midnight and alarm goes off at 5:30am.
  5. Gym, haircut, I'm debating returning my new Gibson Les Paul for a Schecter Hellraiser or Blackjack. Not quite as happy with it now as I was when I first got it. (guess I'm just not a les paul guy)

Ugh, of all of those, I think the knee cap is the one I would dread the most.

1. What is your favorite bad-for-you snack and how frequently do you allow yourself to indulge?

Pie & Ice Cream - very sporadically. :)

2. Have you ever had a broken bone? If so, what was it and how did it happen?

Broke my finger at age 8 when it got lodged in a restaraunt's heavy wooden bathroom door as it was closing.

3. Where is the next place you will be taking a trip?

Grand Junction Colorado in May to watch my oldest graduate from college. :)

4. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional?

I never get more than 6 1/2 to 7. Internal clock is just set that way. Less than 6 makes it a rougher start in the AM but fine after that. Can make due on very little for short periods.

5. Plans for the weekend?

5:30 am breakfast with the guys (think Men of a Certain Age) , work, tax returns, church & casual family stuff.

I can/will eat a whole bag of Lays Kettle Cooked BBQs, but that is usually only once every other month.

2. Have you ever had a broken bone? If so, what was it and how did it happen?

Wrist (jumping from roof to pool as a kid), ankle (wrecked my motorcycle, got it tangled up in the spokes), nose (football, busted facemask), cracked ribs (numerous times).

3. Where is the next place you will be taking a trip?

Not 100% sure; Either a trip to DC, Fly Fishing in Tennessee or our two week planned vacation to Orlando/Key West for family and spear fishing.

1. I don't really eat junk food. Maybe a few hamburgers at McDonald's once every month.

2. I broke my arm jumping out of the bed of a pickup truck. I put too much weight on it and it snapped. I also broke a small toe when I ran over it with a crate dolly.

3. I don't know where I'll be going. Hopefully to Florida or a Cowboys game.

4. I need about 6 or 7 hours of sleep.

5. I haven't made any plans yet. Edit: I forgot. Pray to God this company interviewed with picks me.

You eat a FEW hamburgers in one sitting from McDonalds? :laugh2: Just one meal (burger, fries, and a drink) can have over 1k calories!
