4. A specific politician and I would ask why he feels he that he can put his wants and needs above the American people and put America at severe risk because of his greed.

1. What is the best painting or exhibition you've ever seen in a museum or art gallery?

I saw an exhibition of Impressionist art in Los Angeles when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton. It actually helped me out later in college. I had to take an elective course and chose art. When we had to take our final, the professor had us chose an art form and write an essay about the chosen art form. I chose to write about impressionism. I was the only one in the class to score a 100 and the professor actually offered to write a letter of recommendation for getting into my chosen major. It was pretty cool.

Daughter's softball game in Southlake, then off to White Settlement for a friend's borthday party.

The Rodin Museum in Philly. It's a small but fantastic if you like Rodin.

White cakes with some kind of fruit filling in between the layers. Something not overly sweet but just sweet enough.

Hmm...maybe Louis Prima. Not that it's controversial, but I'd ask him if he'd sing a song with me. Well, maybe it would be a little controversial, since he's dead, after all.

Adoption stand, try to get the lawn mowed before it rains again, work

1. What is the best painting or exhibition you've ever seen in a museum or art gallery? Wasn't in a gallery or museum. It was a watercolor painting of a flower by my daughter at age 3. Amazing.

2. What songs from ten years ago did you love then, still love now, but haven't heard in a long time? Way too many to flood my brain with.

3. What is your favorite birthday cake flavor? Wedding cake. I think that's a flavor.

4. If you could interview any person, who would it be? If you could ask that person one controversial question, what would it be? Abraham Lincoln. How were you able to hold it all together?

5. What's on deck for the weekend? Paint my sons room. Yard work. Fishing the Big T. Gym and either roler skating or bowling with my kiddos.

1. What is the best painting or exhibition you've ever seen in a museum or art gallery?

Some may not like the title, but IIRC, it was the African-American Holocaust Exhibit at the Shrine of the Black Madonna here in Houston.

Basically, it was an extensive exhibit from slavery through the Jim Crow days.

I've seen other standard historical exhibits, but this one stood out because it was so different.

I can barely my favorite song of today, let alone 10 years ago.

Had to be specific, huh? Chocolate's my favorite overall, but I love my Mom's strawberry cake. She only makes it for my birthday.

She looks so much like my grandmother that I feel like we're related everytime I see her.
