There is nothing to re-upload. I made it from VHS tapes that Rack sent me. Luckily he had recorded all but one or two of the games. It was 2002, nobody had high quality videos - youtube didn't even exist.

not sure about rule change or covering TE.
In his first two seasons he was covering WRs without problems.
IMHO, he gained too much weight which slowed him down that led to pool tackling techniques and loss of quickness. These then cause him to lose confidence and the down hill slide.......

If he would have only lost weight instead of gained weight we may have seen a different career.

god I wish people would stop blaming her, the way he gained weight and never was in the right spot showed that he never cared to put in the work to be great, either in the weight room or the film room

I think he's on here now as Rack Bauer. Back in the day it was just Rack, but that was back at the Ranch. The video predates this site. Maybe he can chime in and confirm.
