Friday Night Lights is still the greatest show in history

After just wrapping up rewatching season one, I just had to post this and I only have one thing to say

With all the recent show revivals, can some network on online distributor please bring back FNL?

Well, sounds like there is a new FNL movie on the way, and most likely, a new TV series to follow. Hopefully it is half as good as the original.

The TV series did get a little soap opera at times and the close ups were a little too often but I did enjoy it and I don't usually like network TV programs.

Not consistently good or great enough to be the best show in history.

I loved it though.

Saw every episode.
Got way too soap opera-ish.
All the female leads got really annoying in later seasons
Not in my top 10, 50 or even 100.

The best football TV series, that was cut short (supposedly due to NFL pressure), was "PlayMakers".
