Friday: The day that ends a long work week

today is Friday and what does that mean for most people? for them, its the end of a long work week. it also means they can't wait to go to the club, or drink ugly cocktails, or flirt with ugly dresing women wearing large rings, or too wanting to go on pointless limo rides.
theres more to life that just those silly things on friday.

theres spending time with family, going to the movies, going on a special date with that special gal who wears "tight jeans and no ugly rings", watching your favorite sports team, playing board games or video games with your children.

so the questions are this.

whats more important on this friday night?

'cocktails' or spending time with your kids?
'limo rides' or watching your 'favorite sports team on tv'?
buying a 'fancy dress' or 'groceries' in order to survive?
a 'six pack' or a 'coffee cake' from starbucks?
'beer pong' or a 'simple board game' with the family?

we cant always do the nightlife scene every weekend for the rest of our lives, its to silly and immature. we need to do more of the fun things in life on fridays and weekends. think about this.

Well tonight is 'meet the teacher' night at school. So we are heading over there to see what class and teacher my son has for school this year and drop off that big box of school supplies I bought at Walmart. After that is family dinner. Then we will tube up some preseason football and Smackdown with CZ sprinkled in there some.

I think each person makes their own decisions in life. I'm nobodies Mom or Dad, except my own kid, so I don't judge to much on these kinds of things. Nobodies really asking my opinion on what they do on their Friday nights anyway and that's probably a good thing.
