Mariucci, to his credit, was furious when it happened and chastised TO in his post-game press conference.

Just not THAT day... or that year, or several more after that.

Hopefully, THESE days will someday be remembered as the good old days. The season when we returned to the greatness that once was. And if the 49ers return to their old ways as well, then indeed... won't it be great?

I will always love George Teague because of this. You could tell he was really upset with all of it. The defense playing so poorly and allowing Owens to do it in the first place and then with TO's complete lack of respect. Now don't get me wrong I'm a guy who loves celebrations and I enjoy seeing them but people should never do it in such a way that you're disrespecting the other team or your own team with the antics.

That was the best best personal foul and ejection ever. Teague became a favorite that day and firmly established his place in Cowboys' lore.

He would face more opposition from the current Cowboys. Did you see how Dez and Miles weren't taking any stuff off of Cromartie? Did you see Jenkins exact his revenge on Burress? It looks like we finally have a team full of guys with pride.
