just what i said at the beginning of the season

This thing we call football NFL style is the real deal. Before the season we all make our predictions, we look at our team as a team that is all in tact, no injuries, for the whole season. It never works out that way. When you are a GM in the NFL you have to make contingency plans for injuries. They will happen, then what you are truely left with is your backups at positions that have to play in crucial times. We saw that today. Sam Hurd came in and got us all the way down the field with the 59 yard catch and run BUT he didnt get out of bounds when he should of. We wasted a timeout. It did effect the game. Great play by him and Romo but we still didnt win.
My point is not to point out the fact that he didnt get out of bounds, if it werent for him we probably would have went 4 and out on that possession. My point is much bigger.
Look at our injuries now. Barber, hurt. Felix hurt. Flozell, playing hurt. Ware hurt, neck problems. Roy Williams, hurt, Sensabaugh, hurt. Look at that. Most of the rookie class is hurt or was up until now. Look at those injuries...and dont say well if they were playing we would be better. We are always going to have injuries. Its how you play with them that shows who you are and what you are made of. The 2009 Dallas Cowboys have no heart. They are all flash. Just like last year and the year before that. Jerry doesnt know much about football. Enough to get himself in trouble thinking he knows more than he does. His future is what Al Davis is doing now. It will get worse I can guarantee you that. But for now lets look at his moves. Let me backup first. Next is Wade Phillips. He has NO HEART...he wont do what is necessary to get things done. Thats why Jerry has him. He wants to run the show. Bench who he wants to. They both have no clue how to run an organization. Jerry is always 2 or 3 steps away from most GM's. Look at what he did in the offseason.
He went and traded away Anthony Henry for a backup QB that probably would have been cut...stupid move...last years trade of a 1st, 3rd and a 6th for Roy W is stupid, he is not a number one receiver. He also went and made sure that we had no more backup QB problems by getting Kitna....you see Jerry doesnt anticipate what is going to happen he just fixes what he has seen that has happened. Thats what makes him alot worse than most GM's. He left holes in the O line as big as the red sea as soon as an injury occurs. They dont have a backup that can play. We had 3 good rb's and we have RB problems as we speak. He got rid of TO but now no one can stretch the field. It wont be long before Romo is injured and we become detroit south again with Kitna....i predict it by game 8 because by then one or two backup O linemen will be playing due to injury.
The defense ---he changed half of the defense...and why? we had the most sacks in the league last year....I like the brooking signing....good there....sensabaugh cant stay healthy and we cant get to the Qb...stupid move in getting rid of Ellis...canty - we had no choice...you see jerry is having money problems...he had to get rid of the 20 mill off the payroll but he is the ultimate salesman...he is taking all of your money every week and loving it...with an 8-8 team...what a joke...this isnt the dallas cowboys that landry built or that Jimmah built...this is the dallas cowboys that a snake oil salesman built...its a joke and an embarrassment to every true fan...you see he knows you wont ever stop following them so if he can keep them respectable then he knows he will pocket all of your money...even if he is a stupid GM who thinks he knows everything there is to know about NFL football! lol...
