I have to give them credit. They've been doing pretty well at the draft the last few years.

Willie McClay has been there for awhile, but I think the most important factor in the improvement in our drafting since 2010 has been the elevation of Stephen Jones to be 'co-General Manager' along with Jerry. Stephen knows how to reign Jerry in and get him to listen to a sound draft strategy.
