I'm not much of cook, don't really like to cook, just only on Thanksgiving (weird I know). When I go down the frozen food isle I get overwhelmed. Is there any ones you like that taste really good to be frozen food.

I'm talking frozen foods, skillet meals or anything in the frozen food section.

TIA

Tombstone personal pizzas - 6 pack. Great pizza's like 6" diameter. I usually have 2 for a meal.

I have found a few I like and stick with them. Alot i've tried are AWEFUL. Some diet brand pizza I had once, omg, worst thing I've ever eaten. Some of my favs are:

1. I buy several of these...unfortunately here I can only find it at dirty Walmart :(

2. The Chicken Fried Chicken from this brand...

3. Shrimp Alfredo from above brand

4. Classic, but pretty good for frozen

5. A few different ones in this line..one was BAD...like really cheap sause but I cant remember which...might be this one that says "sauce" on it...the others were pretty good.

NOTE: And oh yeah, I usually try and keep my frozen meals around $2.00...I'm sure there are better ones but I don't like spending $4 for frozen meals. So the above are on the "cheap" side.

I also get the HEB brand frozen chicken in the HEB cooler section. $7 for 7 or so breast filets. Super easy to make and low in calories etc. I usually try and keep my frozen meals under 400 calories. Some frozen meals you might as well go eat fast food...might even save calories that way.

The same HEB line there is philly steak...easty to make and tastes pretty good.

Freschetta pizzas. the best frozen pizzas ever. they taste better than a lot of pizza places imo. I suggest you try one.

Those Barilla pasta skillet meals are decent...and I hate almost anything frozen other than vegetables.

The only frozen food I care to eat is ice cream. I hate frozen pizzas....all of them.

I'll second this.

I think you mean the Bertolli ones, which are really yummy.

We also get frozen crab cakes (Sam's Club brand) that are good, although we like the Phillips ones, too.

Frozen uncooked shrimp are good. Just boil them in a pot of water for 3-4 minutes and sprinkle some Old Bay seasoning on them. Easy and delish.

stouffer's lasagna's really good.

Not frozen, but there are many different types and flavors of cup noodles too. and cheap.

Stouffers Beef and Maccaroni is about as good as it gets. I get it at Walmart for 1.96 a box and at Publix or Winn Dixie it is almost $3.00. I do like hte Stouffers lasagna too but the Beef and Maccaronni reminds me of homemade goulash. Yummo to quote my wife who quotes Rachel Ray....

Also the Zattarains Dirty Rice reminds me of what my grandmother used to make in La. It is not frozen, but it is a quick easy dinner

I agree with this as far as normal sized pizzas go. Best crust by FAR. However, I still prefer those little Tombstones.

Cooking is like cleaning. You need to do it every day until it becomes habit. That way, it's not an issue and gets done. Eating out or frozen food is not good for a healthly life.
