Frustrating

All in all, I cant remember a more frustrating year of watching this team. Ive been a fan since the early 70's. There seemed to be a big upside early, then we tanked 4 out of 6. Guys-- if you have young sons like me, teach them to kick field goals. I am.

Lots of games decided by FGs and missed FGs this year; more than I can ever recall.

with a salary cap st and kickers are the first to go. An premium is placed on every down players and less on support players. Kickers have no security, not like the 70's and 80's where teams kept their kickers.

Blame FA and the cap for what we now have to deal with. To bad Florida State has had this problem for a decade now.

At least we were in those games unlike in the late 90's when we weren't even competetive.

I know one thing....these games were not boring this year by any stretch.

Man alive at times my chest was pounding, curse words were flowing, dogs were running and so on.

True...at least we were in all of these games (except for the last Skins game)

Last year many of the games were over before the 4th quarter.

At least we were competitive this year.

The frustrating part is I thought we would get better as the season went on when the younger players got more experienced.

Each game counts the same, but the good teams win down the stretch.

The offensive line killed us down the stretch.

The loss of Flo was a death nail to an already questionable unit.

And the loss of Henry on the other side of the ball also impacted our defense.
