us cowboy fans have got to be the most fickle fans ever.just relax

I didn't freak at first.....

We have holes.....we aren't filling any of them.

I see a problem if this stance continues......you guys are VERY patient...I envy you. I almost cussed in the Church parking lot this morning when I turned on the radio and found we still hadn't signed anyone.

Remember what I said last night.....per Dale.........

All the free safety prospects are still out there -- Hope, Coleman, Law and Milloy (if you consider Law and Milloy free safety prospects).

At tackle, the candidates seem to still be out there, as well -- including Fabini.

Sowald is still available at fullback.

Peterson, and for that matter, Ayodele are available at linebacker, as is McGinest.

Vinatieri is still available at kicker.

I really don't think too many of the guys we have targeted have been signed. Arrington was a little bit of a pipe dream for me, as was Bentley; with the exception of kicker, where Longwell and Bryant are gone, everyone I had pegged are pretty much still available.

I don't get why anyone is upset.

The only really good FAs out there this year were ones that the cowboys didn't have a huge need for (except kicker maybe).

We only had big needs at RT, LB, and Kicker.

What GREAT RTs are out there that we just HAD to sign on the first day? None.

What great LBs were out there that we just had to sign on the first day? None. And a lot of you people have severely overated Arrington. Seriously, you've been watching him all these years, if you had an ounce of football knowledge you'd know he's overated.

The only position I'm somewhat upset we didn't get was kicker. Longwell, in particular. But the Viqueens got him first (probably severely overpaid him too). What are we supposed to do? Guess we can pay Viniateri a billion dollars a year. Although, to be honest, I would probably pay him 3 million a year.

There's nothing to be upset about. We're building our team the RIGHT way, through the draft, and getting solid role players in FA.

Settle down, Folks, championships aren't won in March.

Well said Rack,

I think another thing people need to keep in mind is that pretty soon Dallas is going to have to re-sign both Roy Williams and eventually Terrance Newman.

I am not sure if RT will be addressed unless Fabini signs.

Last year the Cowboys bit a big bullet on the signings of Rivera and Fergy. I do have hope that they will both come back healthy and have big years (to help substantiate their signings). Anthony Henry was well worth the money though.

Free Agency should NOT be used to acquire superstars. That should be done in the draft. Dallas has done pretty well over the last couple of years.
