1) JASON GARRETT
- Jason is ever jason - he has motivational skills but he's miss in action as a game manager and he is conservative in nature, only until he is much scrutinized in media ( and by owner sometimes?) will he have more dare in going for the throat in 4th downs and situations.
As a walk around HC that relies so vastly on his coordinators, he is still very sloooow in seeing past the forest and game adjustments and his game preparations still shows missing and it shows ups in far too many games vs the more competitive teams.
- if Cooper and Cobb are so gassed in the rotations that they have to be on the sideline on the final 4th and 8 play of the game... take a damn time out to get them that breather for goodness sakes !! ... if you see Chaz green taking a beating that makes your QB take a beating ... talk to your damn OL coach and TE coaches to make quick better adjustments in schemes, protections and replacements. !
- oh only noooow after all these months you will finally make the kicker accountable and cut his "sleep well " pillow talk
- Good season followed by bad season , back to good season followed by another down year.... and the trend and beat goes on....

2) JERRY JONES
If you commit to these coaches that you are so highly sought after, you have to let them coach and direct in the way they want to.
If Wade wats his own DC, then let Wade work with them until you insist Wade come up with another personnel replacement,.. if you see a HC is having issue tryingto handle two big jobs as both HC/OC or HC/DC. you have to let him handle the one big lead role while he gets the most qualified OC or DC to delgate the duties ...
and if a Kris Richard who you so coveted as a top assistant, wants to bring in a LB coach who is most familar with him and coaches and schemes how Richards want... then let him get the guy he prefers , not the guy Jerry prefers.
i fear a couple of leftover assistants are going to be forced upon the new HC and ole Rod M. is gonna be one of them !

3) ROD MARINELLI
but rather than throw it on Dak ... my vote for that 3rd guy would be for Rod Marinelli ... the strange rotations with leaving key players off the field in red zones and key 3rd downs... the lack of preference for a physically imposing run stuffing DT that adds little wonder why teams are simply " out-physical" us
to strange game inactive development of top pick Tystren Hill, to his preference of this one gap run scheme that - plus despite addition of Quinn and Bennett, and we still remain more at the bottom half of the league in total sacks,
i really believe defense starts upfront, it sets the pass defense vs top QBs, it limits a team to one dimensional vs run , and his scheme lacks disciplie and physicality, and we will never endear or invest in a top notch imposing run DT while Rod is still around - and watch if Jerry influence the new HC to return Marinelli (and lie and say it was up to the new HC)
- if we ever changed the way we play Defense, .. it has to start right here with changing Rod himself.

Honorable Mentions ?
Dak Prescott- For all the No 1 or No.2 team in total passing yardage numbers, i want to see it translate into scoring points vs winning teams .. not the Giants, skins, dolphins ...and dak really didn't light it up vs the only winning team we won against vs Rams ...
- Still think we are a much better competitive team when zeke and run game in full gear and dak can play off of it.
He has shown overall improvement, but he has to show up vs top competitive teams
..and if we can get Cooper to be alpha male every game and replace slow *** witten in the offense, and finally make our RBs a potent weapon in pass game, we can have a better results and weaponry for him,
Kris Richard
though i still think he's been handicapped by Marinelli and his preference/schemes and Jerry forcing LB Ben Bloom on Richard ( to which there have been
rumors of internal conflict with Bloom) i cannot really say i have been overall impressed with Richard's work. and yes he is really the DC, ..not Marinelli.
though i have no idea why they wont title that to K.R.
the stats will show top 10 defense by yardage, but when you see them vs top competitive teams with winning records, you see this unit fall apart with
either being out physical, out fooled and out position by misdirection or theres faliing in techniques from same failing players, (ala Awuzie) and
key players have not developed. Xavier, ala Awuzie, Jaylon, Jordan. And his blitzing designs just dont get there well enough, and leaves defense that
much more vulnerable when he does so. And for all his hyped motivational skills, i though his unit gave up on him and ran out of gas down the stretch.
Keith O' Quinn - Uuuugh .... Enuff said
