I think Nate is a good safety, but he won't be starting Day 1 in the NFL. That's why I think Rolle would be a perfect stop gap for a season or two.

I would rather sign Rolle and make a FS draft pick one more of luxury then need. The goal is to go into the draft being prepared to take the best football players avaliable IMO.

maybe wade doesnt play rooks, but do you honestly think that if Hamlin gets released and we don't sign rolle, and we reach for nate in the 1st, he wouldn't start? You build dynasties through the draft not free agency. I think he could easily start.

I'll take Rolle as a proven commodity over the draft pick in this case. Rolle is young and proven. The only question for me is the money involved.
