"Frustrated I'm not playing, watching w/ fam in Dallas," was Romo's first offering before the contest got underway.

He then used three tweets to give his opinion on what was unfolding on the field.

After the game, Romo included a photo of him watching from a couch and again added that he was "frustrated" that he was not playing, but mentioning that "next season starts now."

It's up to JJ and the coaching staff to get a couple of interior OL to protect Romo this off-season and open up the rushing lanes.

We had 5 rushing TDs last year? Emmitt used to get that in 2-3 games.

Fix the OL, and I think the offense will take it to another level.

too late tony

should have took out your frustrations on the giants in week 17

Whatever dude. These posts are tiresome. Most of us informed fans know that it wasn't all Tony's fault. But then again, we have a few in here .... Next!

I guess he could've said something complete non-PC like both teams suck and I hope the game ends in a tie.

*shrug* What do you guys expect them to say?

For some players, it DOES hurt and it DOES frustrate them. There's not a whole lot they can say beyond that.

Tired of hearing these things from the players... after the fact!

Would you prefer hearing something like "oh well, I've got millions in the bank and not a care in the world."

Do you mean your frustrations?

Here's a thought that may offer you some comfort over this loooooong off season. Probably not but here it goes........

Perhaps Romo, Garrett and Jones did all they could this year to make it happen and it just wasn't good enough.......to make it happen.

Such is life and on to 2012.

I don't know why but that made me laugh.

Tony Romo is a diamond surrounded by trash.

fully agree, although there are a few more diamonds as well, like jason.

WGAS what ********* is stirring on his blog? Not me. If I'm guessing, I'd guess Tony just wanted to watch the game. But thanks for the link and the tweets. Thought this one was interesting:
One of the biggest weapons GMen have is Pierre-Paul's ability to read QB while rushing...tips ball.

he was responsible for record comebacks in 2011

he needs to go.

tony will never be a leader on this team.

I'm sorry.. that made me lol. Starting a season with players on your team like Brooking, James, Newman, Bennett, Ogletree, Buheler, Ball, etc. is not doing all you can to make it happen.

Throwing 3 interceptions.. 2 of them pick 6's and essentially giving the game away ALL BY YOURSELF to the Lions isn't going to make it happen.

Not protecting the ball and fumbling at the 1 yard line instead of scoring and throwing a costly interception as time was winding down in the 4th quarter isn't going to make it happen.

Not letting your QB throw the ball with a little over 2 minutes in the game to pick up the 1st down against the Pats because you don't trust him due to what he did in the Lions game isn't going to make it happen.

Not calling a timeout when you have 2 left and 28 seconds on the clock and need to get the kicker closer to give him a higher % of making the kick isn't going to make it happen.

Calling a timeout to ice your kicker isn't to make it happen.

Not calling a timeout against the Giants when there is barely any time left in the game isn't going to make it happen.

Skirting by sorry teams like the Commanders, Dolphins, Seattle, etc. and then getting beat down by ALL teams over 500 isn't going to make things happen.

This team was a joke this year. Jones not doing anything in free agency, JG learning on the job, Romo having early season meltdowns, defense falling apart, starting a season with a bunch of weak minded players, etc.

Come on 2012.. please give us something better than 2010 and 2011...

I thought Judas was bad when it came to trolling. I can't even read half of your posts without facepalming because of your idiocy.

I believe in tony. I think he can take us to the promised land but we still have positions to be upgraded. We are not too far away considering the giants just won the super bowl being 9-7 and an inconsistent running game and pretty bad db's.
