I would not say the defense is great this year but it is a heck of a lot better than the offense.

Are they? The D is dead last in the league in % of opponent drives ending in a turnover. The offense at least has an excuse for being horrid. The defense...not so much.

The Dallas Cowboys have yet to score 30 points in a game this season (joining SF as the only teams to not do so)

If that continues, it will be the first time since the 2002 season with no game of 30 or more points - Dave Campo's last year .

In 2002, there were 3 games without a TD and 5 games under 10 points. Currently there have been 3 games without a TD and 3 games under 10 points (scored 12 against Sea).

I wonder if this is record season for the least amount of TD"S and the most FG's ???????????????????????????????????

Are we talking about the same defense that has failed to protect multiple 4th qtr leads? The defense whose failure to generate takeaways has resulted in Dallas ranking 30th in avg starting field position and 29th in drives started in the opponents territory? The defense that has lost two OT games in which our offense never got back on the field? The defense that hasn't gotten a 4th qtr stop with a game on the line at any point this season?

The truth is this disaster of a season has been a total team effort. The offense at least has an excuse. The defense...not so much.
