Yeah but those points don't count, Dallas, because those points were racked up against OUR defense.
:D

You know you are right. I am going to ignore those pts for the Giants.

Thank you for clarifying.

I personally like this stat better:

My all time favorite is this one:

Dalls: 5

Washington: 2 (both with an *)

How 'bout them apples, Chico?

First of all, the skins haven't played any good teams yet, with their 5-11 record last year, they were treated with little mercy.

The Skin's D has improved over last year no question about it, but their offense can't do much. Yes, Ds win championships, but you need some sort of offense to along with it. What happened to the Skins the last time they made the playoffs?

Commanders:
36 points scored - 25 points given up = 11 point difference

11 divided by 2 (# of games played) = 5.5 <--- Average amount of points Commanders are outscoring opponants by

Cowboys:
82 Points scored - 55 given up = 27 point difference

27 divided by 2 = 13.5

Now.... 13.5 > 5.5

That's right, they won 3 not 2.

Ok so they have 1 legitimate superbowl win, and 2 with *'s.

If you like this sort of analysis, just check out Jeff Sagarin's rankings. He's one of the guys that does computer analysis for the BCS. Here's his NFL rankings:
