1st column, 2nd row, add "the decider."

1st column, 3rd row, add "hell's angels" and "mafia."

The first column is complete from top to bottom.

Column 3, row 4, add "nature," "nurture," and "fortune.

Column 4, row 1, add "strategies" and "dragonflies."

Column 5, row 1, add "bugs."

Column 5, row 4, add "plastic surgery," and "nip tuck."

That opens up the last box. Bug I'll be danged if I could answer either clue yet.
