I assume it works like a PC in this case.

Anything you post has to have a URL, so if you're trying to post something you see online, right click on it and hit "Copy". Then go to the box you want to post in, and either right click directly in the box and hit "Paste", or click on the picture icon or film icon, depending on whether it's a gif, picture, or video....in the case of the two latter ones, paste inside the space provided.
If that doesn't work, let me know,and I'll inform you that I'm an idiot, and don't know what I'm doing half the time.

BTW, if it's an image you have in your computer, you may have to download it to a site such as Imgur, or maybe even FB, then use that URL.
