That's very fake. First, she doesn't have anything in her hands or do anything with the cookware yet she acts like she's doing something while standing there waiting for the deer head to get closer.
Next, human instinct to being surprised/shocked by something close to our face/head is immediately move our face/head away from it and usually move our arms and hands up in a defensive position or actually push/punch at it. She actually moves her head/face closer to the deer head and lowers her arms and hands.
Lastly, her reaction is like a cartoon character where she starts running in place before a puff of a smoke appears and it's gone. I can see now why cartoons added the smoke
