Looking at the play (from a coaches pov) either the LB and FS weren't expecting him to be that quick or they have poor fundamentals because their legs were crossed over and hips weren't square to the LoS, which lead to them getting embarrassed. Not trying to take anything from Collins, he had GREAT pad level and a fantastic motor, but the LB should have been able to engage and not get knocked on his butt like he did. I attribute it to simply, they weren't ready for LC lol
