Now PFT is reporting that Archuleta has a broken hand... what play do you think caused this?

Not that I am happy about an injury... I am not.

From TMQ at ESPN:

He Dreads the Game Film: A blocked Dallas field goal attempt was recovered by Bears' safety Adam Archuleta, who sells a workout video about the incredible training regime that allowed him to "build his musculature and increase his speed." Archuleta was caught from behind in the open field by Pat McQuistan, an offensive tackle.

Reminded me of Larry Allen running down the Saints Darien Conner after a NO INT on a MNF game back in '94

Archuleta got abused all game long. He happened to have the Crayton deflection land right in his arms, but the rest of the game the Cowboys took advantage of him being in the secondary. He is a true liability in coverage.

He played in St. Louis when Love was DC there-thought he would do good reuniting with him in Chicago.

I would have thought he was at least decent in coverage, especially being in Lovie's Cover 2 system with the Rams.

He has 4 interceptions in 6+ seasons. He is good around the LOS and has 16 sacks in his career, which is a high total for a safety. He really is an extra linebacker. What is surprising is that he has only forced 3 fumbles in his career. I guess that is because he is not a great tackler. He is a big hitter, but can be juked rather easily.

Hey-does anyone here has *.gif movie files of that block Hurd put on Archuletta?

Every time I try to find these *.gif files of highlights from the game every week, I can't find any. Where can I look? Thanks!

Over and above the Archuleta gag, that is some potentially damning statements being made about how the league office handled those tapes. It leaves the impression there are skeletons the NFL does not want to be found.

Stat of the Week No. 7: Buffalo and St. Louis have been outscored a combined 147-56.

It will be very disappointing if we're not 5-0 heading into the Patriot game.
