Jason Campell reminds me of Quincy a little bit. Just inaccurate enough that it keeps him from being anything more than average. When a QB starts to doubt their accuracy and stops even trying to squeeze it in to tight spaces is when they get stuck at mediocre and never progress further. We saw that with Quincy and I think I'm seeing it a bit with Campbell.

I see things here and there that are impressive, but Quincy did the same thing. I don't see much pocket awareness. I don't see much accuracy at this point except on the deep ball and even that is starting to not work for him.

I guess it's a good thing that the Commanders are hitching their wagon to a guy that I don't believe will be more than a mediocre to poor NFL qb. I just really thought I saw something in him last year here and there and early this year, but those flashes are just so far apart and he's looked very poor since that Detroit game.

Campbell is actually pretty accurate. He was extremely accurate in college, and he's currently spotting a 60% completion percentage. I think he's more like Hutchinson ... stiff, robotic and doesn't handle variables well. Never gets to his 3rd read, and he never makes the game look easy. Maybe he grows out of it, maybe he doesn't.

A rather low percentage for a dink and dunker... three yard dump passes are not real tough to complete...
