Dallas knows what it has with Dak. Losing that future first rounder was a very foolish move. He will get older, more expensive, and more injury prone. Thats the reality.

That pick was a very strong leveraging chip for Arch Manning. Also, He is not a Johnny Manziel that if or (when) he busts he will lose attention and bring the same degree of negative press.

You have a guy (in arch) with 2 of his Uncles that had very high success in this league. You also get him on a rookie contract and you get a bigger boost than Dak on seats and profitability.

If he busts, you are still getting good ticket sales and marketing for longer due to the "prestige of his name" and you get better draft picks anyway if he completely busts. Fans will also stay with him longer just for the name.

The move for Quinnen Williams was very illogical. Bonehead even.

Basically parallels Randy Moss and Greg Ellis here.

Likely more.

Jerry lost lots of money here playing for now... When now is a far worse hand than it was a few years ago.

We have a window and that's Dak's contract. Our assets are aimed at his contract years. Nothing else

Arch might need to be at texas two more years to be good enough to draft high

How would we get him exactly, when he will be the number one overall pick when he comes out?

I still don't like the move. But they made the team better right now.. it's just the season is already over now.
You do realize that Williams will be a Cowboy for a long time, right ?

I would have done the first in 2026 not 2027 myself. Just to be in a better position to look for a QB

More whining. It never ends here. Thread after thread, nothing but whining. Very entertaining.

Well, you certainly are familiar with knowing where the door is. Once again, you have zero to lend to a conversation except "whine", "hate", etc.

Follow along with my reply to the "whine" post you speak of, for how a fan of this team would respond instead of trolling

Yes, you know what you have in Dak, but if using a 1 on a QB is the solution, there is plenty of proof out there that there is little guarantee it works out. Like it or not, Dak is here for a bit longer and considering there are pieces in place on the team that would allow a quick turnaround if done quickly. As well, Jerry trading a 1 for a badly needed DT does not allow him to waste that pick on a player we don't need. The question is if Jerry knows what the heck to do.....
