Felix Jones was in good spirits Wednesday morning. He had a few brief words for the media and said that it is a possibility that he could be out through the bye week with the strained PCL in his knee.

Obviously, it looks extremely doubtful that he'll play this week at Denver. The Cowboys play at Kansas City the following Sunday before heading into the bye week.

As for Marion Barber, he typically avoided the media like the plague we must be. To his surprise he passed a group of writers on his way to meetings and before a word could be uttered, he broke into a slight run and motored down the hallway. Will he play Sunday? Maybe.

I think Barber will play but Choice will likely be the guy carrying most of the load.

I agree. I think this is exactly how it's going to go. I'm really not too worried about our run game this week. Barber is a monster and I think he'll play tough regardless if he is still in a bit of pain. I just don't see him not playing. I have every confindence in Choice as well. I just wish Felix wasn't banged up again. It is truly exciting seeing that guy run.

One can tell Marion has a big sense of humor. I love the guy.

Light practice for Barber; Felix Jones MIA

By: Calvin Watkins

Felix Jones is not at practice today. Marion Barber is here stretching and did some light individual drills in the 20 minutes reporters were allowed to watch.

Injury question will always surround Felix until he can stay healthy for a full season..and then for more than one season..

Those same questions hounded Glenn throughout his year.

Just sit the Cat.

Hold down the fort, and unleash him against Atlanta.

The Cowboys need Marion Barber, now.

I think it's safe to say Felix will not be back the next two weeks. Wouldn't surprise me if he misses the next 3 games.

I have no faith in the Cowboys medical personnel or trainers.

I think Barber will play. I'd say let TC handle it between the 20's and then let MB3 do this thing near the goal line, that way you got your power and you ease him back in. Sit Felix. The luxury is we can roll with two and sit the one who hurts the most and hopefully keep rotating them so we always have a healthy RB plan each week.

Also, I was thinking the same thing...where's Ray Ray Jr.?
