Good and bad of one-on-one drills

The receiver-defensive back 1-on-1 drills got the fans going right off the bat...Here's the good and bad.
(Good)
* CB Anthony Henry made an impressive interception locating the ball behind him and adjusting after blanket coverage on Sam Hurd.
* Safety Roy Williams broke up a short pass intended for TE Tony Curtis but pulling his jersey at the line of scrimmage to keep him from getting into his route.
* WR Patrick Crayton looked good adjusting to passes and shielding the CBs from making a play on the ball.
(Bad)
* CB Terence Newman struggled. He got beat by WR Mark Bradford on a go-route down the sidelines and fell down on the play.
* WR Danny Amendola couldn't do anything against CB Adam Jones. Jones jammed him and Amendola couldn't break free for an incompletion.

that could be his problem-getting off jams at LOS.

Man... that's pretty bad when you can't even get off the line for an incompletion! :p:

That's why they'd play him in the slot. He'd be off the LOS and could better avoid a jam.
