Why Paul Pasqualoni is best in house candidate



There has been no move on Wade Phillips yet. But its clear that is they do make a change and the Cowboys look in house for a temporary replacement, the best option is defensive line coach Paul Pasqualoni.

According to source, Pasqualoni is the least controversial of the current staffers because he has been a head coach before and because he is tough on the players.

He's not my top candidate but this would pretty much set him in stone as an interim HC, rather than an interim HC auditioning for HC. All that I care about for the 2nd half of the season is putting someone in who can instill some accountability and discipline. So I'm happy to hear that the most logical guy is tough on the players.

Campo yells at the players all of the time. But he doesn't get results.

And Campo is far tougher on the players than this idiot. Any coincidence that Ratliff is having by far his worst season? I don't think so.

Its beyond coaching at this point. Every unit is sucking. You can't go out there and play for them. Our players have given up, have no pride and no heart. Coaching can't help them when they are nothing but soft little girls out there.
