Jerry doesn't mind Ravens

Some of Jerry Jones' quick thoughts on the 2008 schedule, which was released Tuesday....

"I like where our bye is," Jones said. The bye comes in Week 10, Nov. 9.
But Jerry wasn't disappointed, at least that's what he told us, that the Baltimore Ravens come to Texas Stadium for the facility's final regular-season game.

"Not at all because of how Baltimore, Steve Bisciotti (owner), Dick Cass (president), those guys are people that are good friends and Dick is a former associate with the Cowboys and me for about 16 years. So good to be playing them.''

I do too. Byes are very useful when you need to rest injured starters, so the later the bye week, the better.

The strong majority of mainstream rap is trash. But there are tons of extremely talented artists toiling away in the underground.
