I have a Nexus One and because of that (an actually Google phone) I get updates first. (thus far anyhow) Tonight out of the blue I received an update.

I now have (as of 20 seconds ago) have Android 2.2.1

I will let you know if I find anything different. One thing I have noticed so far is my app placement has changed in my "all apps" location. (because I went to settings->about phone->android version and the "settings" icon wasn't in it's normal position) I haven't looked to see what has changed yet, but I will let you know.

Hmm, didn't know this was coming out.

Here are 3 things I read it "fixes"

--“fixes” (ie: prevents) Universal Androot 1-click rooting
--prevents you from using unlock gesture for Exchange (must use numeric unlock)
--issues with Swype and Swiftkey not working properly
