Its been a while since I listened so I will recap partially or from what I remember of it:

• Chemistry wasn't the issue last year, but losses were and the finger pointing grew.
  
• Thinks TO wasn't an issue (But I got the feeling, he was biting his tongue a little bit, but I could be entirely wrong).
  
• He thinks not everyone has to comply and its good to have one or two who stir the pot, but not too many of them.
  
• There is change in Wade and Garrett. He likes the fact that Garrett makes anyone, no matter who it is, have it if they make a mistake.
  
• Wade is bit more demanding and more stern now than before.
  
• Thinks D will be attacking more and more diverse, as he stated before.

That's all I can recall.

I did think, reading between the lines, that he was saying that TO had one of those strong personalities, but at least he produced. But he hinted that there were a couple others that were the same but didn't produce. Not too hard to guess who those guys were.

And he point blank refused to answer what he thought about Pacman coming back... Which was an answer in itself.

You are probrably wrong. The only reason people want to read between the lines regarding TO is because you want to be right about him being such a cancer regardless of what the players say.
