FYI: New Jersey Numbers

A new roster is up on the official website. Though it still has Joe Vellano on the team, there are some updated jersey numbers:

-DT Richard Ash switched to 93. DE Kony Ealy now has Ash's old 76.
-Guard-center Marcus Martin wears 60.
-Safety Marqueston Huff wears 20.
-Kicker Brett Maher wears 2.

To those who missed the other offseason acquistions' numbers, they are:
-FB Jamize Olawale- 49
-LB Joe Thomas- 48
-WR Allen Hurns- 17
-WR Deonte Thompson- 15
-T Cameron Fleming- 75

Brett Maher made over 82% of his FGs at Ottawa - which is good when you're playing outdoor games in smaller/open stadiums in Canadian weather (as opposed to the domes and southern cities of the NFL). He also averaged over 46 yards/punt to boot. Nice to see him coming in given Bailey's issues late last year.

Hopefully "Money" returns to form, though.

Though the uprights are the same distance between the uprights, they are set at the goal line and not at the back of the end zone. So that can have an effect. Though the hash marks are wider, but not sure how that effects it as well. Just as college is the same I believe but the has marks are wider also.

High school uprights are wider if anyone is wondering.
