FYI: NFL Yearbook: 2008 Dallas Cowboys

ESPN2 will have the 2008 Dallas Cowboys on Monday night @ 8:00pm Eastern time. They have a few on now (Saturday, 3:00pm Eastern) so I scrolled the channel guide for the Cowboys episode.

LOL. I know what you mean Rampage! I'll watch the first 4 minutes when the 'Boys were 3-0, the the last 2 minutes when they go over the new incoming free agents and draft picks. Anything in the middle will be a bonus!

Can you believe that I have seen all of the team highlight films for the Cowboys going back to 1965 with the exception of 1980-1983 and 1985-1986?

The highlight film with the best title goes to 1966 with "Speed, Inc."

The 1965 highlight film, "Where the Action Is" is very amaturish, but great in its own funny way. Maybe because it was the first. That, and NFL Films were living bigtime by Trial & Error.

The Cornell Green touchdown, when the fumble bounced right into his arms, is what I remember the most.

Well, that and rookie Bob Hayes.

It's kind of annoying how NFL yearbook only shows the positive parts of a season. They never show an entire recap of a season.

What exactly are they going to do with the Detroit Lions. I mean 0-16? They might as well just skip them.

I still say when my skins came to texas and beat ya pretty good in week 4,your cowboys were not the same the rest of the year..and the final score in that game was not indicative of how my team dominated!!

Great of you to gloat on your skins but we were leading that game at one point and you were one onside kick away from possibly losing that game. I wouldn't call that dominating.

Thanks for the recommendation! Revisting that mess should justify my concern in my just don't trust wade thread. "The proof is in that 08 pudding".

Believe me. NFL films is not gonna make that taste any better than it did when we digested it last year.

NFL Films did a nice job on the 2008 year book. I don't think I heard #81's name called out once... just a couple of highlights of #81. I was pleased to say the least.

Loved watching Tony, Marion, Felix, Choice, Ware, and Ratliff.

Nice piece of work. Many positives did come from last year. It got me pumped up to watch them play now.
