Playing the hypothetical if the Cowboys had lost, they would have have finished 7-9 with opponent win records of 124 Wins, 131 Losses, and 1 Tie (they play the Commanders twice, so add 2 wins and subtract 2 losses).
That would have placed them at pick #13 instead of pick #17, making it a difference of 4 spots in the draft. I saw some people saying otherwise.
