I take 4,000 IU's of Vitamin D a day.Sore and dry throat, cough and a lot of sinus issues. But I have an ongoing sinus issue anyway.
Though much better now. Cough pretty much gone but sinus issue still there.
Just got home from my doctor.
Annual check up and blood work. So this worked out to ask about this as well.
She was not concerned. Even people in the office having same stuff. Said to keep doing what I have been doing since I been improving. Did suggest to get more vitamin D other than my daily vitamin.
Just needs to run its course. I know a lot of people having it. Last from several days up to 3 weeks.
