This guy has a channel where he evaluates film. RSP boiler room . In this episode he uses Gallop to demonstrate. He comes away very impressed with Gallops ability to recognize zone coverage. And he assumes it must be from a willingness to work on a rapport with his QB. He himself admits he hasn't seen enough of Gallop .

It' a good watch

They are building this entire team around being Dak Friendly and not "get ME the ball" players like Dez and Witten...don't get me wrong, I love Dez and Witt, but at this point in their careers, they were progress stoppers...the current bevy of receivers are guys that are not selfish (not sure about the Switz move, but perhaps the raiders didn't want beasley?)...then sprinkle in Austin who is more of the 3rd down specialty guy for a throw away pick in the draft, and Dak will have a lot of options in front of him (nothing much at TE, but good otherwise)

They have a depleted offensive side of the ball, especially in the passing game. Our weapons for Dak are laughable. There won't be improvement in this area. We don't have anyone that scares anyone in the league. Get real fellas.
They'll find out soon enough

Please stop it.
So Witten was a progress stopper of Swaim. Haha

And who’s progress did Dez stop? Butler? Noah Brown?

Your talking nonsense just to make yourself feel better.

That's the thing, even if we had a Julio Jones, AJ Green, DeAndre, Brown, ECT ECT....do you really think this scheme or Dak would use him correctly?

We might as well go the way of the pats.

Who do the eagles have that scare anybody? Jeffrey? Lol

Who do the pats have(at WR)

Who do the Seahawks have?

The Jags?

All these teams have competed or won a ring. Without a superstar wr. They play good D, and beat you with scheme on offense.

We've gotta get over this myth that the Pats dont use a star receiver. If you're used in the passing game you're a receiver.

This is true but it's not entirely true...Pats have 5 rings in basically two decades...Gronk has been their only star receiver they have won a ring with, and he doesn't have 5 of them..not even close

The patriots had Randy Moss for years.
Wes Walker was a beast for years.

Gronk is one of the best tight ends of all time.

Julian Edelman is a very very good receiver.

Danny amendola is very good when healthy.

You’re right, It’s a myth that they don’t have talented pass catchers.

Michael Gallup should prove himself to be an up and coming talent to make us proud.

I'd venture to say he owns an abundancy of talents to more than justify his acquisition.

His impressive production during his career at Colorado State make it highly probable.

Other than Moss, who is/was their superstar at WR? Cooks? Lol

Listen, I hear you. But other than Pittsburgh, what team had came in with a Scary WR and has won it all?

Last I checked, Megatron never won. Their QB is better than our QB is right now.

Green hasn't won yet, Julio hasn't, Hopkins hasn't, Dez in his prime hasn't, Evans hasn't, Marshall hasn't, Keenan hasn't....the list goes on and on.

Point is all these teams with the big time scary WR's sit at home, just like we do.

Would I love an elite talent at WR, sure. It doesn't hurt, but would we even use them correctly?

We are going to try and spread teams out, and run things similar to the pats, Hawks, and saints. Just hit whoever is open.

The more I see and read about Gallup makes me think that he could be a #1 receiver some day.

I don’t think Dez scares anybody anymore. If we have less dropped balls, throw to the open receiver and not force it, the QB gets better at reading defenses and accuracy improves, then I think we will be better. Obviously this is what the guys that do this for a living believes as I don’t know, I’m the fry guy at Wimby Burger.
