Game 1: Rams vs. Saints thread

Do they really need to explain that OT will go until a winner is determined? I guess McFlabb could be watching.

Thanks. It is coming down hard here and now there is a tornado warning warning in my county. Who would figure that in central CA

Wow! We have snow and ice here in New England. The ice is really making it tricky driving and walking. Just nasty weather.

As putrid as that non call was, I don’t know why anyone is surprised. That’s what gets me, some of you only watch Cowboys games until the playoffs and don’t realize how bad the officiating is league wide so anytime we get bad calls it’s because Goodell hates us, Mara is behind it all, bias... yadda yadda yadda but in reality these types of calls and non calls go on ever single Sunday LEAGUE WIDE. It’s disgusting.
Follow the money

we get our fair share of awful calls. but that was unspeakable
No doubt, EVER team gets lots of bad calls each season but yeah, that one was inexcusable, especially for this type of game. I originally wanted the Rams to win, and even have money on them, but am now pulling for the Saints because I’m so sick of seeing officials decide the outcome of the game. Saints should have had a 1st, run down clock and kick FG if they didn’t get a TD. Game over.

That was a pretty blatant a no cal as ever. But I'm ok with no calls.. if both teams are getting no calls both ways.

The Refs have shown they are not trying to decide this one. If you can't call that one.. you aren't trying to decide the game with a flag.
The problem with this idea is you can then have WRs just getting tackled the rest of the game.

NFL fans should have a certain level of consistency. This BS stinks.
I feel for Saints fans if they lose.
