He never had isssues they had no idea what he was saying and people jumped to conclusions.
How do you know he never had issues, were you jumping to conclusions?
His mannerisms said a lot, he should have known better. His mom talking trash planted a seed. The optics weren't good, that's why he apologized and fixed it.

I'm praising him for gutting it out in a lost cause game in a lost cause of a season. What are you talking about?
exactly that. i appreciate it as well, but catching a td with the game still ostensibly in reach is much higher on the list of things id appreciate. hand waving it away due to “a lost game in a lost season” makes it foolish for him to risk worsening injury. just don’t see how you could hold one opinion and not the other. my game all personally would go to overshown.

He apologized because he didn’t want to cause issues. I literally saw one week they made up what he said on the sidelines all he told Dak was jump ball Dak. It’s crap. Lamb is far from a dIva.

The guy got his butt kicked and didn't deliver yet again. I knew the hero thread was coming though. Being a punching bag does not make you a warrior.

What he did was moronic. There is no glory in going out there and worsening an injury in game that was already not winnable . He was waiving off doctors and training staff . You want to credit him for being a competitor , fine. But what he did today was dumb going out there with that shoulder injury.
That's what an old school man does.

That's why it's called "Manning up"......not "Mansioning up"

Funny how people get to hate on other players and not be considered haters.
Hate and criticism are two different things. Critics that get consumed by one player and won't let it go....that's hate. We don't have many of those, most just like to stoke the embers and have a little fun with it, bit we definitely do have a few. I didn't check the Dak threads after his injury because I figured there would be some that were happy and making light of his injury. That's hate...or idiocy.

Yeah. They suck. We know that. But kudos to CDL for gutting it out and fighting through a tough and painful injury today.

Way to show true leadership by putting your body on the line and even coming back in the game in what was all but a lost cause at that point.

At least someone wants to live up to their contract.
Yeah but it was stupid. He should NOT have been in the game at that point. Also, by the same token, I know a lot of you all would have called him soft for sitting the rest of the game out.

If he goes out with injury everyone kills him for getting a new contract and missing time and being soft. Instead, he plays through the pain and still people find a way to be pissed about it. Can't win.

Even with the dropped pass, he was still the best option on that field. Should have gone and sat next to Dak I guess.

except for the part where i said i liked it too? you’re arguing strawmen. if i didnt know any better id think it was a disguised shot at dak for not gutting it out. couldn’t be that though right? not you.

No hero, just appreciate the effort to fight through pain and play for his teammates. Maybe he just really wanted to get Cooper Rush a W, who knows.

That's just a microcosm of society here in America.

Theres mostly very good people but there are some that wish Injury and even assassination of others.

They know deep inside they are sick people.

Godspeed in healing, Dakota
